Step 1

To obtain a temporary certificate, present your passport, personal card, medical certificate, certificate or other document confirming your training for rights. Also pay the state fee for issuing a duplicate, which today is 500 rubles.
Step 4
Try to find your driver's license. To do this, advertise in all local media, indicate your phone number and the amount of remuneration that you will pay to the person who returned your rights.
Step 5
Post ads on all billboards in the city, at bus stops, etc. In the ads, be sure to indicate the amount of remuneration to the person who returned your rights. Very often, these methods give results after a few days.
Step 6
If you could not find your license, contact the traffic police again, fill out the application form for issuing a duplicate driver's license. Show your passport, medical certificate, vehicle title, personal card, vehicle registration certificate, 4 3x4 photos, pay for practical and theoretical exams, license training document. All documents for the issuance of a duplicate are presented in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation under the number 1396 and order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs 782, as well as the rules of the PP of the Russian Federation 1396. Pay the state duty for the duplicate.
Step 7
After 1 month you will be given a driver's license.
