Step 2

This procedure is no different from passing a driver's medical examination before entering a driving school or passing on an external license. The rest of the necessary documents are not difficult. If you re-register your rights at the place of stay, you will need a document on temporary registration. At the place of residence, a passport is sufficient.
Step 3
At office hours, contact the required traffic police department with the entire package of documents, inform about your desire to re-register the rights to a new surname. If all the documents are in order, you will be issued a temporary driver's license on the same day. You will receive a permanent one with new data as soon as it is ready.
