Step 1

- a vehicle registration certificate issued before January 01, 2010, which confirms the permanent registration of the car in the territory of Belarus, or the same certificate, but with a record of the removal of the iron horse from the registration register. The document must be approved by the signature of the head of the registration authority of Belarus, as well as by his seal. Instead of a certificate, a document or its certified copy can be taken into account, confirming the release of the car for free circulation on the territory of Belarus (for example, a certificate of customs clearance for goods for personal use, a state customs declaration or a certificate of the TS-25a form.
- a certificate that the vehicle complies with the Euro-4 environmental class. It is issued on the basis of the information contained in the document of conformity, "Type approval of the vehicle" and "Conclusions on the conformity of the chassis to the requirements". On the basis of this certificate, the customs authorities of Russia issue a vehicle passport (PTS)
Step 6
You can conclude a purchase and sale agreement only with an individual. Organizations are prohibited from registering the sale of a car to a Russian citizen. Therefore, if you decide to buy a car in a showroom, and not from a private owner, first register it for a Belarusian. And then he rewrites it on you.
