Your personal car is being repaired. Or you sold your old car and you are left with nothing but a driver's license. It is not necessary to beg for a car from friends, you can rent it. Many Muscovites do just that. Not to mention the guests of the city, who are not always comfortable traveling around the capital in their own car.
It is not difficult to rent a car in Moscow. To do this, it is enough to open any newspaper with ads or go to one of the many sites on the Internet. However, those who prefer a particular brand of car will have to spend some time in order to find the right option. If the make of the car does not matter, you can, in principle, contact any rental office. But there is still no need to rush, since each such agency has its own pricing policy, its own park and its own conditions. First, you should decide, of course, which brand and model to prefer. The total cost of the rental will primarily depend on this. Nevertheless, far from all agencies can be found, for example, not only rare expensive cars, but also Russian small cars. This happens because the owners of car dealerships often open rental offices. And then how lucky. If the salon sells foreign cars for the middle class, then it will be possible to rent such a car, respectively. If on the catwalks of the trade and exhibition hall there are domestic cars, “all Russian” are rented. Nevertheless, the rent of any foreign car is much more expensive than the brainchild of the domestic auto industry, which is usually presented in the simplest configuration. Therefore, when choosing a car for rent, you should be guided by what amenities and what options are preferable. The rental cost of any car, as a rule, is calculated every ten days and is unchanged on weekdays. But on weekends and holidays, its tariff is at least double. In Moscow (and not only), there are a number of restrictions on car rental. So, not all agencies will be delighted with the absence of permanent or at least temporary registration in the capital and the region and, most likely, they will refuse or ask for an increased deposit. Therefore, before contacting a particular rental point, you should carefully read the ad or call the specified phone number. Moreover, the owners of such offices themselves ask to call in advance in order to find out if there are currently available cars of the required brand or not. Of course, to rent a car you will need a passport and license and (in some cases) SNILS, TIN or any other document. In the largest dealer offices, you must also present a credit card, on which the amount of the deposit and rent will be frozen.
