The gaps that appear in the steering rod joints contribute to an increase in steering play, as well as to intensive wear of the tire tread. As a result, it leads to a decrease in the safety of driving on the road. Therefore, the replacement of the steering rods, in the hinges of which there are gaps between the pin and the liners, must be carried out on time. Fulfillment of such a requirement will help to avoid unjustified cash costs in the future.
