Step 1
Disconnect the negative wire from the battery terminal first. If the motor has been running, wait until it has completely cooled down. After that, you must dismantle the crankcase guard. Then it is necessary to fully open the heater tap.
Step 2
It is also worth doing with the expansion tank cap. After unscrewing the drain plug, carefully drain all the liquid from the cooling system. For this you need a special container. See that it is roomy.
Step 3
After that, it is necessary to disconnect the two wires of the electric fan sensor. It is also worth doing with the fan wire connector.
Step 4
Disconnect the steam outlet, inlet and outlet hoses from the radiator. To do this, first loosen the clamps. There are two fastening nuts on the top of the fan shroud. You have to unscrew them. Then you can remove the radiator mounting bracket.
Step 5
In the next step, carefully remove the radiator from the engine compartment. Take it out together with the fan casing. To make the process easier, tilt the radiator towards the engine.
Step 6
The radiator body is secured with three bolts and a nut. They must be unscrewed, and then the cooling radiator, as well as the fan shroud, must be removed.
Step 7
There are two cushions on the bottom mount. They should also be removed and then evaluated in general. If the pillows have lost their elasticity or they are damaged, be sure to replace them with new ones.
Step 8
After you have done everything according to the instructions, you can start installing a new radiator. Before that, install the fan housing, return it to the bottom mount of the cushion.
Step 9
Lower the radiator into the engine compartment. Perform all actions carefully and slowly. Install the new radiator on the cushions in the holes in the bracket. After that, they must be secured with pins. Connect hoses and wires.
Step 10
You just have to connect the wires of the fan sensor. At the same time, you first need to install rubber protective rings in its body, and only then - wire ends.
Step 11
After you complete the installation process, you should definitely make sure that the hoses and all connections are tight. Now you can safely fill in coolant. Pay attention to the drain holes. They should all be closed. Completes the battery connection process.
Step 12
