Pay attention to the headrests. It will be great if, when landing, they can be as close to the back of the head as possible. Such a headrest, with a sharp impact, does not allow a strong tilt of the head and injury to the cervical vertebrae. The selected seat must ensure the correct seating position of the driver: the knees are bent so that when the clutch is pressed, the left leg is not fully extended and there is no need to reach the pedal; when changing gears, the driver must not reach the gear lever with the body.
