A temporary driver's license is issued in cases of withdrawal of a permanent one in violation of traffic rules or before the manufacture of new rights when they are replaced for any reason or instead of lost ones. It is necessary

- - a receipt for payment of the state duty for the production of a new driver's license (if applicable).

Step 1
The most unpleasant, but simple, from the point of view of registration of temporary rights, is the situation when a traffic police officer accuses you of violating the rules for which they can be deprived of your rights. Withdrawing your permanent license, he writes you temporary right on the spot. The further fate of your driver's license will be decided by the court. Until the entry into force of its verdict, you have the right to drive. If the consideration of the case is delayed, then after the expiration of some temporary rights (starting from 2008, they can be issued for a maximum of two months), you will have to contact the traffic police department at the place of registration or temporary registration in order to issue others.
Step 2
During office hours, contact the traffic police department at the place of permanent or temporary registration. You can find out its address, phone numbers and opening hours by calling the reference number of the regional traffic police department or find it on its official website. Take with you a complete set of necessary documents. If the existing medical certificate has expired, issue a new one.

Step 3
If all the documents are in order, the traffic police will fill out your application for the issuance of rights themselves. They will write out temporary rights on the same day.
