Do not sign the act, but insist on a medical examination, which is carried out in medical institutions by qualified specialists. During the examination, biomaterial is provided, i.e. blood or urine and they are tested for alcohol. Deprivation of rights or a fine can only be issued after a medical examination.
How to properly conduct an on-site survey, or not fall for the tricks of unscrupulous employees.
If the motorist agrees to the test, the traffic police officer draws up an act and only after that a new breathalyzer is printed. Installation of the mouthpiece and unpacking of the device itself should be carried out exclusively with the driver. Each device must have a state mark, which must not be broken or damaged. Before the examination, it is worth checking the mouthpiece for the smell of alcohol so as not to fall for the tricks described above. Next, the traffic police officer turns on the device, and the driver inhales into it.

The driver has the right to see the result obtained immediately on the device. The results receipt is printed after the test is checked. Pay attention to the date and time indicated on the check! If there are violations in the documents, the driver is obliged to ask the employees to conduct a new test and change the errors, if any, in the act.
If an employee refuses to fulfill his duties, then you can contact the Ministry of Internal Affairs hotline and complain about the failure to fulfill his direct duties by a traffic police officer.
