Instructions

Step 1

First, it should be noted that the installation of xenon headlights must be carried out strictly according to the instructions below. Departures from it are fraught with undesirable consequences. In addition, each car model has its own characteristics, which must be taken into account when installing lamps, ignition units, laying xenon wiring.

Step 2

First, provide free access to the headlights from the engine compartment. Dismantle them if access is impossible (on some car models it is necessary to remove the front bumper, batteries, etc.).

Step 3

Separate the protective cover from the headlight (if the car is European), disconnect the lamp connector, then release the retaining spring and remove the lamp from its seat.

Step 4

In the removed cover, drill a hole of the required diameter, pull the xenon lamp wires through it, then install the sealing collar. Next, remove the protective material from the xenon lamp bulb. Handle the lamp with extreme care - keep it clean.

Step 5

Install the xenon in the headlamp seat, then fix it with a spring.

Step 6

Refit the headlamp cover.

Step 7

Next, you need to determine the installation location of the ignition units. It is desirable that after installation they are not exposed to high humidity and high temperatures.

Step 8

Having chosen a place, fix the blocks with self-tapping screws, bolts or double-sided tape on a flat surface. Consider the length of the wires that will connect the ignition units and lamp connectors.
