On hot summer days, it is incredibly pleasant to drive to work or for your personal business in a cool, comfortable car. Therefore, there is nothing more offensive when you get behind the wheel of your beloved Priora and realize with horror that you do not know how to turn on the air conditioner.
Instructions
Step 1
Get in the car, insert the key into the ignition and start the car.
Pay your attention to the climate control unit, which is located at the bottom of the dashboard under the cover of the compartment for storing personal items. There are three switches that you can use to adjust the settings of your air conditioner.
Step 2
Turn the switch closest to the passenger seat from OFF (climate deactivated) to AUTO (automatic air blowing) or to the manual fan control zone. Depending on the model of the air conditioner, the number of modes that regulate the air flow rate differs. So, Panasonic has 16, while Halla CCC has only 4. Press the button with a snowflake drawn on the same switch. If you see a green indicator light above the snowflake image, then you have turned on the air conditioner.
Step 3
Adjust the temperature of the air entering the passenger compartment. Use the TEMP switch located closer to the driver's seat. Set a comfortable temperature for you by manipulating the switch between the "MIN" and "MAX" positions.
Step 4
Now adjust the direction of the air flow in your vehicle. This parameter is set by a switch located midway between the temperature switch and the flow rate switch. Set it to one of the possible positions:
- AUTO - the system itself controls the air flow distribution;
- Air distribution through the central and side vents to the area of the body and head of the driver and passengers;
- Distribution of the flow to the feet of the driver and passengers;
- The direction of the air flow simultaneously on the body and legs of the driver and passengers;
- Air distribution to the legs and to the nozzles blowing the windshield and front door windows;
- Air distribution only for blowing the windscreen and front door windows.
