When caring for their car, owners often limit themselves to external cleaning of the body. However, this is wrong, as cleanliness in the cabin also plays an important role. To make travel in the car more comfortable, you need to devote some free time and do the cleaning of the cabin.

It is necessary

  • - a vacuum cleaner;
  • - special cleaner "2000";
  • - wet sponge;
  • - dry cotton rag;
  • - shampoo;
  • - conditioner for leather cases;
  • - alcohol-based glass cleaner;
  • - rubber rag;
  • - detergent;
  • - brush;
  • - car polish.

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, do the preparatory work. Remove floor mats from the passenger compartment and remove all seats. Then vacuum the interior thoroughly. Since there are many places in the car that are inaccessible to a vacuum cleaner, use an air compressor. It will easily blow out all accumulated debris and dust.

Step 2

Now start cleaning the ceiling. Take special cleaner "2000" and start to apply it evenly at a distance of 10-20 cm, starting from the front. After 10 minutes, using a damp sponge, moving from the windshield to the center, gently distribute the applied product. Then wipe the treated area with a dry cotton rag. Move to the front seat and follow the same procedure with the rear of the headlining.

Step 3

While the ceiling is drying, take care of the seats. Prepare a special cleaning solution. To do this, dilute the shampoo in water (in a ratio of 1:20). Apply the prepared product to the upholstery and let it sit for 5 minutes. After the lapse of time, wipe the seats well with a damp sponge, removing dirt, and dry. If the covers are made of leather, be sure to treat them with a special conditioner, which will preserve their original color and also protect them from cracks. Install clean seats back into the vehicle.

Step 4

Move on to cleaning the doors. Apply cleaner to the insides, handles, sills, seals and pockets. Try not to get on the glass when doing this. Wipe everything thoroughly with a damp sponge, wiping off heavy dirt, and then with a dry cloth. Finally, use an alcohol-based glass cleaner and a rubber rag to clean the glass.

Step 5

Prepare your detergent, brush and rag and start cleaning the floor. Apply a small amount of detergent to particularly dirty areas and scrub well with a brush. When finished, be sure to wipe it down with a dry cloth. Then vacuum the rugs thoroughly, wash them, dry them and put them in the machine.

Step 6

To prevent the plastic from degreasing after cleaning with detergents, treat all parts with auto polish. Apply it on a soft sponge and spread it evenly over all the plastic parts in the interior.
