Necessary

  • -car vacuum cleaner;
  • -brushes;
  • -scoop;
  • -wet towel;
  • -stick;
  • -special means for cleaning various surfaces;
  • - rags and sponges;
  • - flour, coffee or rice;
  • -ice;
  • -ammonia.

Instructions

Step 1

First, remove all items from the car. Don't forget to pick up the items from the glove compartment. Remove all loose parts in the machine. These can be headrests, ashtrays or seat covers. Remember to remove all jewelry.

Step 2

In order to clean the interior of a car properly, you first need to remove all dirt and small debris. Take a car vacuum cleaner and thoroughly clean the entire interior. Remember to vacuum under the rugs. If you don't have a car vacuum cleaner, take a small brush and sweep all the dust down. Then lift the rugs up, collect all the rubbish in a pile and spot on the scoop.

Step 3

If the car does not have a leather interior, take a damp towel (or any other damp thick cloth). Place it on the seats and use any stick to knock out all the dust. Move the towel to another location and repeat the procedure. This should be done for all soft surfaces of the passenger compartment.

Step 4

Take a special seat cleaner and apply it evenly over the entire surface of the seats. Take a soft bristled brush and scrub the entire surface. Remove foam. Use a damp cloth to wipe off any dirt. Do not wet the upholstery too much, otherwise it will take a very long time to dry.

Step 5

If you have a leather interior, degrease the surface of the seats first. This can be done using any special tool. Next, use a skin cleaner. The older the upholstery, the more gentle the product should be. Dry the interior and apply the skin protectant.

Step 6

If you need to remove an unpleasant odor from the car, put a container with flour, coffee or rice in it for a day. These products will draw out all the flavors. Throw away products after use. If you need to remove the gum, apply ice to it for a couple of minutes. And then gently clean it off.

Step 7

Hard surfaces in the cabin can be hazy with almost any cleaning agent. Except for powder, of course. Do not forget to remove the resulting foam. The ceiling is cleaned with a thick cloth or sponge soaked in soapy water. Do not brush the ceiling of the machine.

Step 8

To clean the glass, take a liquid to wash them, apply to the glass. Wipe the surface with paper. If you don't have window cleaner on hand, use water with a few drops of ammonia.
