Instructions
Step 1
To ensure safety, disconnect the negative battery cable before starting work. Detach the front bumper to remove the headlights. To do this, unclip the three clips that secure the bumper cover to the crankcase panel. Use a screwdriver to remove the side and bottom screws. Then ask your assistant to carefully hold the bumper, at the same time pull out the plugs and unscrew the lining fastening bolts located under them.
Step 2
Carefully detach the side bumper covers from the fenders and pull the structure towards you - it should easily move away. If the car is equipped with fog lights or headlight washers, then disconnect the corresponding connectors of the electrical wiring. If necessary, turn off the temperature sensor, which is responsible for the outside air.
Step 3
Remove the bolts securing the headlamp unit to the car body. After that, carefully remove the headlamp and disconnect the electrical wiring immediately after access to the connectors opens. Disconnect the lamp assembly, remove the mounting screws and remove the bumper trim from the bottom.
Step 4
If necessary, make a 90-degree turn and remove the servo, which adjusts the optical axis of the headlights. After further installation, be sure to adjust the direction of the headlights.
Step 5
To remove the turn signal, carefully slide the follower lens back to slide the front of the lens out of the wing panel. Then pull it towards you and remove it from the wing. Disconnect all electrical connectors.
Step 6
To remove the taillights, open the trunk and release the latches that secure the cover that covers the taillight assembly. Disconnect the electrical connectors and unscrew the two screws, while at the same time gently support the headlights outside. After that, remove the entire structure from the opening of the car body.
