The courtyards of high-rise buildings were filled with various chains and posts that fenced off parking lots. Those tenants who did not have enough space in such a parking lot try to complain. Officials are conducting raids, fighting self-seizure, removing these fences. And everything repeats itself again. But it turns out that residents of any high-rise building have the right not only to an apartment, but also the right to share ownership of a land plot near the house. This is stated in the Housing Code of the Russian Federation. This land plot can also be equipped for a parking lot.

Step 1
In order to build a parking lot, you must first of all hold a meeting of tenants. The meeting agenda is the need for a car park near your home. In the decision, you must indicate that you need to conclude a lease (or buy out) for a land plot near your home, indicate how you will use it and draw up an improvement plan.
Step 2
At the meeting, immediately think about how you will pay the costs associated with the registration and improvement of the site, rent and taxes, electricity.

Choose an initiative group of tenants and a person responsible for the future parking lot. Then contact your local authorities with a statement that the tenants in your home want to buy out or enter into a long-term lease of land and build a parking lot.

In the application, you must justify your decision, indicate the required number of places for cars, and also note that there is no parking lot or underground garage complexes nearby.
Step 5
The decision that you have been provided with a land plot is valid for 3 years. After you receive a permit, you must agree on the object of your construction in different instances.
Step 6
In order for a land plot near your apartment building to become the property of residents, you must go through the procedure for registering and registering the land plot in the cadastral register. Only then the adjacent territory and the objects that are on it will be transferred to the full ownership of the residents of your house.
Step 7
When experts define the boundaries of your territory, you can safely equip the parking lot. It can be paid for - then there will be no outsiders in your parking lot, and the proceeds can be used to repair and maintain the house.
