Nissan claims that it is driven by two global goals in developing its products: to become a global leader and to create vehicles that are environmentally friendly.
The largest car manufacturer Nissan, although it occupies almost a leadership position in the world car market, is nevertheless seriously concerned about rivalry with Volkswagen.
It is for this reason that Nissan is trying to pay much attention to the development and refinement of its most popular car models, while simultaneously engaging in developments that could oust the VW Golf from the popular niche.
Concept car and youth car
One of Nissan's sensational new products is the modified IDx concept car. Incredibly comfortable, stylish and controversial about the exterior, the car is still presented in two versions: the sporty IDx Nismo and the simple IDx Freeflow. Which of them will be put into mass production is still unknown.
The Beijing Auto Show has taken up a youthful novelty designed in China - the Nissan Lannia. As conceived by the designers, the youth car should have a catchy appearance and symbolize the energy of youth.
The design of the novelty is distinguished by special pointed headlights, a radiator grille with a massive U-shaped bar and a roof that gives the impression of weightlessly lying on the body pillars.
The interior of both new products is equipped with the most modern electronics, allowing to keep up with the "digital lifestyle" of the modern world.
Updated models. Crossovers
The most extravagant model of new products will be the famous Juke. Restyling the appearance of the compact crossover boiled down to changing the shape of the radiator grille, bumpers and optics. The working volume of the engine also decreased - to 1.2 liters, which led to a decrease in fuel consumption.
The updated Nissan Qashqai features increased dimensions, automatic closing curtains on the grille and updated head optics with LEDs.
The updated Nissan Terrano is based on the Renault Duster and has quite a lot in common with it. However, the radiator grille, optics, and the design of the rims immediately make it clear that this is a novelty from Nissan and not from another manufacturer.
Updated models. City cars
The updated Nissan Almera model is practically no different from the Nissan Bluebird Silphy. Due to the abundance of chrome inserts, the new exterior of this budget model gives the impression of an expensive and respectable car. The interior of the novelty is equipped with a touch-sensitive navigation system, the interior has become more spacious and comfortable for both front and rear passengers.
A very controversial design has an updated compact city favorite - Nissan Note: there was a smoothness of the body lines, an intricate shape of headlights and a raised bumper, designed to hit a pedestrian underfoot and throw it on the hood so that serious injuries occur.
