The heater is installed in the engine compartment of the car and is connected to the cooling system, has its own fuel pump and fuel line. It takes a small amount of fuel from the car, and heats up the antifreeze and pumps it over with a pump. When the antifreeze reaches a temperature of 40 degrees, the car fan turns on and air (warm) enters the passenger compartment.
Instructions
Step 1
Install the heater so that it is in a horizontal position (pipes up). Position the heater as low as possible. Connect the heater to the cooling system, make sure that they are located in places far from each other.
Step 2
Connect the heater inlet to the bottom of the cooling system and then the heater outlet to the top.
Step 3
Make sure the heater inlet is above the connection point to the engine. The heater should not have any kinks at the outlet (air will accumulate in them).
Step 4
Connect the heater to the pipes through a tee, in no case make a tie between the radiator and the thermostat, otherwise the connection will heat up the radiator, not the engine.
