After the start of production of Italian FIAT cars at a car plant in Togliatti, in the 70s of the last century, the problem of removing the rear seat back in the VAZ-2106 model puzzled more than one car owner.
The logic of a normal mechanic tells an ordinary car enthusiast: in order to remove something, you need to spin something with a tool. And not finding anything suitable for the use of a plumbing tool, the unlucky owner of the prestigious VAZ-2106 model, at that distant time, was forced to turn to professionals at the service station for help.

Step 1
But it turns out that it is not at all difficult to dismantle the rear seat in the Lada's cabin. To achieve the set task, it is necessary:
- open the rear doors, - grasp the bottom of the sofa with your hand (see figure - position No. 1) and pull it off the clips with a slight jerk upward, and then remove it from the passenger compartment.
Step 2
Now we turn directly to the dismantling of the back. In the lower corners (position No. 2) we pry with a screwdriver, and then bend the metal brackets with pliers that securely fix the back during the operation of the car. With a slight effort, and moving the backrest upwards, we remove it from the guides of the upper brackets and remove it from the passenger compartment.
