It has a destructive effect on the body and if you do not take the necessary measures to combat it in time, then after a short period of time the consequences of this impact will be disastrous. That is why, protecting the car from rust is the primary task of every motorist.

Instructions
Step 1
To protect the car from rust, it is necessary to treat it with special anti-corrosion compounds. But this treatment will be effective only if the machine is prepared before carrying out it.
Step 2
First, thoroughly wash the body with a high pressure water jet, always using detergents. When the car is clean, it must be well dried with compressed air. After completing these important procedures, you will be able to see the damaged areas of the body that need treatment. After that, take a coarse sandpaper or chisel, clean the metal surface from rust and treat it with white spirit.
Step 3
Next, shake it up and apply a rust converter to the metal surface with a wide brush, wait a little and wash it off. The exact waiting time is indicated in the instructions on the package. The treated areas are now ready to be coated with acrylic primer.
Step 4
On an open surface, the soil is applied with a brush, and if the site is somewhere inside, then in this case it is better to use an aerosol can or a compressor. Wait until the soil is completely dry, and proceed to treating the damaged areas with anti-corrosion compounds.
Step 5
With a wide brush, apply bituminous mastic to open areas, and then "anti-gravel" on top of it, since the mastic is very fragile and has low frost resistance, it will protect it from damage by crushed stone and sand even at low temperatures. To protect the interior of the car from rust, take a compressor and apply a liquid anti-corrosion agent - "Movil" to them.
