Pay the state fee at the nearest branch of any bank. The state duty for registration of a vehicle in Russia is 1800 rubles. The amount consists of two components: 1,500 rubles for the issuance of license plates and 300 rubles for making changes to the passport of a technical device.

Wait while the traffic police officer inspects your vehicle at the observation deck. The traffic police officer will inspect the external condition of the car and check the body and engine numbers.
