Carburetors "Ozone" are always distinguished by their reliability and simplicity, they are perfect for various gasoline cars of foreign manufacturers with an engine capacity of up to 2 liters. The dynamics of acceleration of the car and fuel consumption directly depend on the quality setting of the carburetor, and "Ozone" is no exception. It also needs a setting that you can do yourself.

Instructions
Step 1
Check the spark plugs first, since the Ozone carburetor can be adjusted only with working spark plugs. Then start warming up the car engine until the coolant temperature is at least 80 degrees Celsius.
Step 2
Then open the carburetor choke fully and immediately put on the adjusting screws. When installing them, it is necessary to tighten the quality screw to failure, and then unscrew it two turns. Then you need to turn the screw for the amount of mixture literally one and a half turns from the position at which the lever begins to act. Pay attention to this particular lever, because the throttle valve is attached precisely to the axle.
Step 3
Set the crankshaft to the lowest speed, while you will need to unscrew the screw if it has an arbitrary position. Then turn the screw in the required direction so that you can set the maximum crankshaft speed. Do not move the throttle valve while performing this step.
Step 4
Then again set the minimum speed for the crankshaft, while turning the stop screw. In this case, the frequency should be as stable as possible. Usually, after two or three of these steps, you will be able to find the position of the screws that is ideal for your machine. This position will ensure the required amount and quality of the mixture, which will lead to the most economical operation of the engine, as well as low fuel consumption.
Step 5
See how clearly you managed to adjust the mechanisms. Make an abrupt closing and opening of the throttle valve. If the engine continues to run, then you have made the correct carburetor setting. If this does not happen, then repeat the setting again. And do not forget to put a new plug after the adjustment so that the settings you made do not get lost.
