Disconnecting the batteries or forced repairs to the car will block the audio system. If you have a code for the Audi radio, then the first time you turn it on, you just need to enter it correctly.

Instructions
Step 1
Read the instructions. On the first page there should be a detachable sheet with a code for the radio - 4 numbers that you will need to enter into the system.
Step 2
Turn on the radio. The display will show SAFE. If you do not know exactly the model of the radio, study it for the presence of certain buttons. Depending on the presence / absence of designations, you can navigate what to click next.
Step 3
Press the DX and FM buttons at the same time. Hold them until 1000 appears. Enter the code using the 1-2-3-4 buttons, pressing each one several times. The required numbers should be displayed on the screen. Compare them with the ones you have written down. If everything is correct, press DX and FM again, hold for 2-3 seconds. The radio will turn on.
Step 4
Hold down the TP and RDS buttons. Wait for the number 1000 to appear. Use buttons 1-2-3-4 to enter the correct code. After additional verification of the code, use TP and RDS to confirm (2-3 seconds).
Step 5
If there is no TP mark, look for the SCAN button. When the display shows SAFE, hold SCAN and RDS at the same time until 1000 appears. Enter the code using buttons 1-2-3-4. Press SCAN and RDS to confirm your selection (2-3 seconds).
Step 6
Press and hold the key combinations M and VF or M and U. The screen will display 1000. Enter the code using 1-2-3-4. To confirm, press and hold the initial combination of buttons for 2-3 seconds.
Step 7
There is Audi Navigation Plus in the range of Audi radios. Turn on the radio. Use the rotary knob to select the digits of the code. When the required digit is found, press the knob. Follow the same steps to select the remaining numbers. When the code has been entered, find OK in the menu. Press the knob again to confirm. The radio will turn on.
Step 8
Use the following sequence to enter the code into the Audi Gamma CD 4A0 035196NP2 AUZ5Z5 (Japan, issue 10.91) radio. Keeping strict order, press DX + U + M. Hold for 5 seconds until 1000 appears. Enter the code in numbers 1-2-3-4. Use the combination DX + U + M to confirm (5 seconds). First, the inscription SAFE appears, and after two seconds the radio tape recorder will start working.
