Use special additives. Additives are chemical mixtures that allow, when added to fuel, to achieve a slight increase in engine power. Currently, there is a huge range of various additives on the market. They reduce the coefficient of friction of the working parts of the engine, as well as increase compression. Together, this gives an increase in the power of the power unit. Also, special additives take care of the engine, allow the fuel to burn completely. This extends the life of the engine.
Step 3
Increasing the engine displacement is a very productive method. In this case, the increase in power is achieved by boring the cylinders or replacing the crankshaft with another, with a large stroke. The disadvantages of this method include a decrease in the efficiency of the power unit and an increase in fuel consumption. This procedure can be done by hand only if you are an auto mechanic or are well versed in the device of VAZ engines. You will also need some set of special tools.
Step 4
Install the turbo kit on your engine. It is recommended to install the turbine only on engines with a volume of at least 1.6 liters. Whole kits are now being sold, which include the turbine itself and all the components that are needed to install it. This method allows you to double the engine power. It all depends on the turbine settings.
