To obtain or replace a driver's license, you must go through a special medical commission. If you are getting a license for the first time, have time to take a certificate before the start of the internal exams at the driving school. Be sure to keep the received medical certificate, because its validity period is ten years.
It is necessary
- - passport;
- - photo 3x4;
- - medical certificate from the narcological dispensary;
- - a medical certificate from a neuropsychiatric dispensary.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, go to the narcological dispensary at your place of residence for a certificate that you are not registered there. You will be examined by a narcologist who will issue a conclusion. Please note that this certificate is issued on a paid basis.
Step 2
With the certificate received, go to a neuropsychiatric dispensary, where you will have to go to a psychiatrist and get a certificate that you are not registered.
Step 3
Take your photos for the medical board. Today you do not need to take pictures on your own to register the rights of a new sample. You will be photographed at the MREO upon obtaining your license. A standard 3x4 photo is suitable for a medical examination form.
Step 4
After receiving certificates and taking photos, go to the driver's medical board. It can be done in a special medical center or in a large commercial clinic that provides such services. Moreover, all centers must have licenses for this type of activity.
Step 5
At the reception, present your passport and a photo, which will be pasted on a special medical examination form, with which you will bypass the doctors. All doctors can be visited in a day, literally in an hour or two, depending on the workload of the clinic.
Step 6
Visit your ophthalmologist first. This is the longest procedure and the most necessary for the driver. According to the results of the examination, the optometrist can write in the conclusion that you can only drive a car with glasses. In this case, if you want to be photographed on your license, you can also wear glasses, or you can without them. Now there are no strict regulations.
Step 7
After the ophthalmologist, go to an ENT doctor. If you have serious hearing problems, notify your doctor right away - you may be prescribed additional examinations (audiometry, etc.). As with vision, some degrees of hearing loss are not impediments to driving, but they may impose some limitations.
Step 8
Then visit the surgeon (orthopedist). And having already received a conclusion from all doctors, go to the therapist, who will write a general conclusion about your admission to driving and put a seal on the letterhead.
