It has long been known that it is best to buy a car in Germany. It is this country that provides a huge selection of used cars in good condition, since their operation took place in favorable conditions and on ideal roads. In addition, the quality of fuel in European countries significantly exceeds the quality of domestic fuel.
It is necessary
- - apply for a Schengen visa;
- - decide which market in Germany you intend to visit;
- - determine the time of departure in such a way as to arrive at the market on a weekday, since on weekends most markets either do not work at all, or work according to a reduced schedule;
- - have 400-500 euros with you for hotel expenses, meals, travel around the country, etc.
Instructions
Step 1
Get to the desired German car market and choose a car. To do this, check the presence of a technical inspection, which is a guarantor that everything is in order with the car. In addition, check the consistency of the VIN codes. Pay attention to the smell in the cabin. It should not be musty and swampy, which is typical for “drowned women”.
Step 2
Having chosen a suitable car, draw up a bill of sale (invoice) and ask the seller to give a receipt. Check the seller's passport details. By documenting the transfer of the car, you will protect yourself from unexpected trouble - an advertisement for theft of a car you have already bought.
Step 3
Get transit numbers, as well as register your vehicle and take out insurance to travel around Germany. It will cost you around 200 euros. Remember that transit numbers are valid only during the insurance period.
Step 4
Travel home via Poland. The road will take 2-3 days. At the German-Polish border, issue a transit declaration, for which you need documents for the car. At the Polish-Ukrainian border, issue a Preliminary Declaration and documents that allow you to control the delivery of transport.
Step 5
Pay all taxes (import duty, VAT, excise duty) at the internal customs office. After that, you will receive a certificate of compliance of the car with the standards of Ukraine and register it with the MREO with payment of the transport fee
