How the waybill is drawn up, who can sign it
A waybill is a form that complies with the law, with mandatory columns and lines. It is completed by an authorized employee, usually a mechanic or an issuing and receiving dispatcher. It must indicate
- validity period - from one day to one month,
- driver and company data,
- type of car and its technical characteristics,
- odometer readings and time of their fixation,
- health data of the person who will operate the machine,
- exact time of vehicle technical inspection,
- visas (signatures) and seals of officials who approved the departure on the route.
According to the requirements of the law of the Russian Federation, the waybill must contain the signatures of a medical worker of an enterprise or a specialized institution, if the organization does not have such an employee, a mechanic who released the car on the route and confirmed its full serviceability, a dispatcher. All these employees must be familiar with the rules for issuing and signing waybills. The briefing of the responsible persons is documented. All of them are responsible for the effectiveness and safety of the flight, they must be aware of this.
