The most convenient way to register for an exam or retake at the traffic police is through the All-Russian portal of the State Service. You can sign up for an exam to obtain both Russian and international rights.
It is necessary
- - access to the portal of the State Service;
- - medical certificate;
- - a document confirming the registration of a candidate for drivers;
- - identity document;
- - Application for the issuance of a driver's license;
- - document on the completion of training;
- - receipt of payment of state duty.
Instructions
Step 1
Log in to the State Service portal and go to the page of the most popular services. Select the "Obtaining a driver's license" tab and go to the service description page.
Step 2
Click the blue Receive Service button on the right. You will be prompted to review the electronic application rules. Here it is necessary to check the box that you are aware of the proposed order, and click the "Next" button.
Step 3
In the window that opens, select your region and type of service (obtaining Russian or international rights). Check the category in which you have received training and plan to become eligible. Click "Next".
Step 4
The next step is to fill in and verify your personal data. Here you also need to indicate information about the driving school and the medical institution that issued the certificate. The required fields include: the name of the driving school; the date and number of the driving school graduation certificate; the name of the medical institution; medical institution license number; medical certificate number; date of passing the survey; assigned category.
Step 5
After that, indicate the date and the convenient for visiting address of the examination department of the traffic police. Please update the available appointment times before choosing a visit time.
Step 6
After going through all the steps, save the e-ticket for the service and the completed application form. You can also pay the state fee or print the receipt in your personal account, in the “My accounts” tab.
