Instructions

Step 1

Find the LED on the dashboard. A wire should go from it to the alarm unit.

Step 2

Disconnect the connector with wires from the alarm unit. Disconnect each wire from the connector from the original vehicle wiring. Typically, the wires are either twisted with electrical tape or soldered. The wires have connections for turn signals, side lights, door switches, hood, trunk, engine blocking.

Step 3

The most important thing when dismantling the alarm is to find and disable the engine blocking. By disconnecting each harness from the alarm unit in turn, you will find interlocks. Usually it is a bite-sized standard wire. This wire must be connected to the starting position. After you have connected the wire, start the car. If it does not start, then the wrong wire was found or there are still locks. Usually there are blocking of ignition, starter, fuel pump.

Step 4

Remove the shock or volume sensor. It can be located under the plastic plug under the handbrake lever.

Step 5

Remove the Valet button. You should have been shown its location when installing the alarm.

Step 6

Remove the siren in the hood. Unscrew the fasteners and remove the wires leading from the passenger compartment.
