Damage

Even new batteries can quickly deteriorate if you bought them in the cold - low temperatures significantly reduce their service life. It is better to purchase them in a store, rather than from a street stall, and give preference to well-known brands.
Synchronization failed
Failure to work may be the result of desynchronization of the key fob and the alarm system. To restore the correct settings, you need to find a way to get into the car and get to the special button "Valet", and then re-synchronize the key fob. The procedures required for this differ depending on the type of alarm - they are all specified in the operating instructions for your anti-theft system.
Freeze
The so-called sticking of the key fob can also interfere with its operation. To solve this problem, it is necessary to press the alarm activation button several times so that the device returns to service.
Signal interference
It may also happen that the problem lies not in the alarm key fob that you are using, but in the parking place. Leaving the car next to the offices of large companies, banks or government agencies, you risk spending a lot of time waiting for the moment when the key fob will work again. It's all to blame for the special devices that are used during important negotiations to exclude the possibility of eavesdropping. Such devices create interference that prevents the anti-theft system from receiving the signal from your key fob. It will not be possible to overcome such obstacles, so you just have to wait for them to disappear.
