Step 1

Step 2

Increase the gasoline content in the mixture. To do this, disconnect the oxygen sensor from the shoe and connect it to a voltmeter. Increase the engine speed to 2500. Artificially increase the proportion of gasoline in the combustible mixture using an enrichment device. Achieve a 200 RPM reduction in engine speed. If the car is with electronic injection, you can pull out and then insert the vacuum tube from the fuel pressure regulator in the line. If the voltmeter almost immediately shows a voltage of 0.9 V, then the oxygen sensor is working correctly. If the voltmeter responds slowly, and also if the signal level shows 0.8 V, then the sensor must be replaced.

Step 4
