Instructions

Step 1

The need to remove the tire arises in the event of severe wear or damage to the camera. Remove the wheel by lifting the vehicle with a jack. Bleed the air completely from the chamber. Use chalk to mark the disc and tire. If, after repairs, you install it in its original place, this will avoid imbalance.

Step 2

Insert a pry bar under the tire. Release a small part of it. Pull over the bead of the disc. Do not remove the pry bar. Slide it along the rim until the edge of the tire is fully brought onto the bead. Remove the valve from the hole and remove the tube from the wheel. Do the same for the second edge of the tire. You have successfully completed the task.

Step 3

Removing the tire from the rim of a bicycle wheel is possible even without the aid of a pry bar or mounting paddle. First of all, unscrew the nipple valve, bleed the air from the wheel. This will make your task much easier. Use your thumbs to squeeze the entire edge of the tire around the rim. Do the same on the other side of the wheel. Separate the tire from the rim and slide it towards the middle. Both cords now run in the center of the bypass channel.

Step 4

Take the wheel with both hands and, moving simultaneously on both sides of it, slide the tire towards the nipple with your fingers. Its edge will rise above the rim. Grasp the protector with your hand and pull firmly upward. Place your thumbs under the tire court and pull towards you. It can be easily thrown over the rim side. While pulling off the cord, run your fingers around the entire rim. Take out the camera. Pull off the cord from the other side of the rim. You didn’t remove the tire without tools and therefore didn’t scratch the rim, damage the camera, or lose your edits. In addition, this method can be successfully applied in field conditions.
