No car is safe from freezing if it is parked on the street and not in a warm garage. Do not try to start it over and over again - repeated attempts will only drain the battery, and gasoline will get into the oil.

Instructions
Step 1
Try to get the battery out and bring it home. Place it near the battery and let it sit for a few hours. Install it and try starting again. If it didn’t work, most likely you have planted the battery - charge it using the charger.
Step 2
Contact the drivers you know (you can call a taxi) and ask them to "light a cigarette". Connect the battery of the running car and yours with the help of special cigarette lighters (observe the polarity), try to start the frozen car.
Step 3
If the machine is located near your home, remove a small electric stove or other heating device by pulling the wires out with an extension cord. Install it under the pallet where the engine is located. Turn on the device for half an hour or an hour. Check the oil with the dipstick - when the oil becomes viscous, try starting and warming up the engine.
Step 4
Use the "old-fashioned" reliable method. Take a metal pipe with a diameter of at least 30 mm, a length of about 1.5 meters and bend the tip (about 10 cm) at an angle of 90⁰. Point the curved end at the motor and attach a blowtorch to the long end. Do not forget to make sure that there are no oil or gasoline leaks on the surface of the sump.
Step 5
If your car is parked on a sufficient area to maneuver, try starting the engine of a frozen car in another way. Talk to a driver you know and ask him to take a tow rope with him. Switch on the ignition, 2nd or 3rd gear, put your foot on the clutch. When towing, release the clutch, when the car starts, press the clutch and brake again (so as not to crash into the vehicle in front).
Step 6
If none of the above methods suits you, load the frozen car onto a tow truck and take it to a warm garage or to a warm parking lot. After a few days, the car will get warm enough to start without any problems.
