Instructions
Step 1
The symmetrical arrangement of the bonnet between the front empennage of the car body is regulated by its fastening loops.
Step 2
In order to change the position of the specified part of the car body, the hood is opened and installed on the latch. Then, with a 13 mm wrench, the tightening of all six bolts with which it is fixed is loosened, three on each hinge on the right and left sides.
Step 3
After changing the position of the hood, one bolt on each hinge is tightened on its fastenings, after which the hood is carefully lowered, while not allowing it to be locked with a lock, and the symmetry of its placement between the wings is visually checked.
Step 4
When the result obtained satisfies the car owner, the final tightening of the remaining hood hinge bolts is made. But if the result is not satisfactory, then the placement of this part of the car body is adjusted until the required symmetry of its location with respect to the front empennage is achieved.
Step 5
Having finished with the adjustment of the hood hinges, they begin to change the position of the receiving bracket of the locking device on the front shield of the engine compartment.
