It can be very annoying to walk up to your car on a clear frosty morning, try to open the door and find out with indignation that the key does not enter the well. The situation is aggravated by the fact that, as usual, you are late for work. There is nothing to be done, apparently, there is ice in the keyhole that you have to melt. So, we open the door, tightly locked by Grandfather Frost.

"Liquid key", hot water, heating pad
Instructions
Step 1
Use a lubricant called a liquid wrench to open a frozen door. Gently drip the composition into the keyhole and wait a few minutes. In about five minutes, the ice in the castle will melt.
Step 2
Use normal brake fluid with care. Keep in mind only that it can be aggressive towards paint and absorbs moisture. Therefore, when using this product, there is a risk of encountering faded paint on the car.
Step 3
Hot water is required to use the following method. Attach an ordinary medical heating pad filled with boiling water to the castle. If you do not have a heating pad, use a plastic bag as a substitute, or even better, several bags nested one inside the other. You can also use a plastic soda bottle.
Step 4
If hot water is difficult to find near the car, try heating the lock with an open fire. However, using a lighter or rolled paper and burning paper is unsafe for both the car and you. It is more acceptable to use a heated car cigarette lighter (it can be borrowed from neighbors in the parking lot).
Step 5
If you finally managed to turn the key in the lock, but the door does not open, apparently the problem is in the frozen seals. Here again, a container of hot water will help you out. Alternatively, find a place where a thick layer of ice has formed and gently crush the layer of ice with a sharp object. By breaking the solid outline of the ice, you can easily open the door.
