Instructions

Step 1

A heater can save you the grueling and frustrating process of starting your car that has frozen overnight. There is an opinion among the people that a fully serviceable engine should start at any temperature. However, this does not always happen.

Step 2

So how do you install an engine preheater? First, remove the list pipe. It is secured with two nuts. Install a pre-heater in the place where the standard branch pipe was installed. Install the clamp first, then the gasket, and then tighten the two nuts.

Step 3

Some heaters are installed in a completely different way. Cut it into the radiator outlet hose. The cut-out in the hose should be about 60 millimeters long. Insert the heater into it and tighten the two clamps. It is recommended to install the heater vertically or at an angle. It is forbidden to install it horizontally.

Step 4

All work takes no more than two hours. Installation of a pre-heater on both trucks and cars does not require additional equipment. Also, you do not need to have special knowledge. You do not need to go to a car service and pay a large amount of money for installation. The heater can be installed without special equipment. Remember - before installing the heater, you need to drain the coolant. After installation, it must be poured back.

Step 5

Such a heater works quite simply. You give the command to start the pre-heater using the device control. The control panel is installed in the passenger compartment. The process of fuel ignition in the combustion chamber begins, while the built-in pump circulates antifreeze in a small circle. The heating of the coolant is carried out due to the fact that the fuel is burned in the combustion chamber. The engine block is heated up to the oil seals and all kinds of rubber sealing components.
