Refueling of Delimobil's vehicles is carried out by the renter. Namely, the one who has an open session and whose fuel level light comes on. In this case, there must be a fuel card in the car's glove compartment. The driver of the rented car can use it to refuel at the nearest gas station.
If there is no fuel card in the glove compartment, then after agreement with the support, you can refuel at your own expense. The amount spent will be returned as bonuses to Delimobil's personal account.
Delimobil has an agreement for refueling services with only two filling stations. These are Lukoil and ESA.
It is imperative to refuel only at these bus stations. Others simply won't accept a fuel card. And it makes no sense to fill in fuel for your own money, since the company will not compensate for the monetary losses. You can find out where the nearest authorized petrol stations are in the Delimobil application or by calling a special toll-free support number. In the app, gas stations are highlighted in the form of blue icons with a filling machine.
To refuel a rented car, you can use the following procedure:
- find the nearest available gas station (they are displayed in the mobile application);
- call the operator at the call center and follow the instructions;
- remember the pin code that the operator will report;
- inform the PIN-code to the petrol station employee;
- receive compensation in the amount of 15 free minutes.
There is nothing difficult to refuel a rented car in St. Petersburg. You just need to follow the rules, and no unpleasant surprises will happen. A very comfortable and modern type of service. A large selection of car models is also a nice bonus.
