At the same time, few are satisfied with the technical characteristics, which is why almost every second scooter is altered to one degree or another.

It is also recommended to change the carburetor. A standard scooter designed for an urban environment is best suited for a carburetor with a 17.5mm diffuser. The diameter of the diffuser is a key indicator here, while the country of the manufacturer or the specific brand of the carburetor does not play a significant role.

The steps taken will significantly change the characteristics of the scooter, and therefore the vehicle will require replacement and a variator - it must be replaced with a sports one. In such a variator, the kinematics of moving the weights is more perfect than in standard variators, which means that the adjustment for the updated parameters will be of better quality. To increase the performance of the transmission system, it is recommended to use a variator with a built-in rod lubrication system. It can also increase the throttle response of your two-wheeled friend.
Step 5
These modernization steps are usually sufficient for motorists who do not require supersonic speeds and do not participate in biker rallies. There is, however, a more radical way to increase the power of the scooter - replacing the entire cylinder-piston group of the scooter. In this case, a Sport class CPG is installed - it increases the volume of the cylinder and optimizes the system for its purging.
