Step 1
Perform high-quality flushing of the injector on time, because, as they say, it is better to insure yourself than to eliminate the consequences of incorrect operation of the injector afterwards. This operation takes about an hour (sometimes two hours). It is best timed to coincide with the replacement of candles, because after washing the injector, it is imperative to change the candles to new ones.
Step 2
Remember that there are two flushing methods: chemical and ultrasonic. In the course of ultrasonic flushing, only the nozzles are cleaned, which, by the way, must be dismantled for this operation. During the chemical flush of the injector, the entire system is flushed, including the injectors and rail, as well as the combustion chambers and valves.
Step 3
You can configure the injector using special software that makes this device work like a "watch". Such software regulates the angle of advance of the rebound and ignition, and also adjusts the idle speed and the composition of the mixture used in all operating modes.
Step 4
Adjust the injector as follows: the factory software is modified on the car by changing the calibration while the vehicle is moving. After carrying out the computer tuning of the injector, the technical indicators of the engine will largely improve, as well as the fuel consumption will be significantly reduced. But after such a setting, you will need to be more careful when choosing a fuel.
Step 5
After you tune the injector, you will have to resort to less manual gear shifting, since the car stretches evenly at higher torques, and torque increases at the bottom.
