In what cases the driver's license must be replaced, what documents and certificates are needed for this.
Instructions
Step 1
In what cases the driver's license is changed:
Expiration date - 10 years
Adding a new category
Change of name, surname, place of residence (registration)
Loss or theft of I / U
Step 2
It is necessary to collect certificates for submission to the traffic police department.
You need to start by visiting a narcological dispensary at the place of registration. There you will be examined by a doctor and will issue a conclusion if you are healthy and not registered.
The next instance will be the neuropsychiatric dispatcher. There you will also be examined by a doctor and will issue a conclusion.
Step 3
You need to take a photo. Photos are needed for the new photo data standard.
Step 4
Having received two certificates from dispatchers, one photo (for reference), you can pass the driver's medical commission. You can take it in any medical institution licensed to engage in this type of activity. You will be given a special form to fill out, with which you have to bypass 5 doctors: an ophthalmologist, an ENT doctor, a surgeon, a therapist and a chief physician, who must be passed last. He will sign you a certificate of suitability for driving a vehicle based on the marks of the doctors passed. As a rule, the therapist signs the conclusion. So in fact, you only have 4 doctors to go through.
Step 5
With certificates, photographs, a passport, an old v / y, a paid receipt of state duty (details can be found in the traffic police department) and photocopies of all these documents, you come to the traffic police department. Replacing the identity takes several hours. In any case, you will receive a new ID on the day the old one is returned. The very same preparation for the replacement of rights will take a maximum of 2 days.
