The crisis situation in the country is not a reason to be left without a vehicle. A safe and comfortable car without expensive options will serve you as well as a car of luxury brands with a bunch of bells and whistles.
• AKP or "mechanics". Undoubtedly, driving a car with an automatic transmission is much more pleasant than a classic "mechanics". But only when it comes to expensive and prestigious models. The automatic transmission on a budget car often annoys the driver with slow gear changes. You will not lose at all if you buy a car with a manual transmission, which is accustomed to the conditions of our roads, but it is easier and much cheaper to maintain it. In addition, such vehicles will save up to 2 liters of fuel for every hundred kilometers. In Germany or France, for example, where people know how to count money, "mechanics" are of higher priority.
• Cruise control. If you like to travel on highways or deserts, cruise control will be an indispensable assistant. Where the highway now and then passes through populated areas, and between them meanders or goes downhill, you have to switch speeds so often that you do not have time to use the option.
• Rain sensors. Are they really needed? Of course, you want the machine to work for you. But this electronics fails even in premium cars. The sensors do not have time to react and switch the wipers to fast mode, when the oncoming stream endlessly douches the car with water. On inexpensive machines, this is a waste of money.
• Rear View Camera. For a person who recently got behind the wheel, it can sometimes be useful. But given the fact that the camera greatly distorts the view, it is difficult to navigate when returning. Replace it with a parking sensor, which gives a signal if you approach an obstacle - inexpensively and reliably.
• Electric drive of seats and mirrors. A good feature if the car is used by several people, and everyone customizes everything for themselves. A single driver only needs to adjust the seats and mirrors once and then forget about them, and it only takes five minutes. Why would you pay for extra buttons on the dashboard, in which you will certainly get confused.
• Headlight washers. This is a really useless device. Perhaps they also wash the headlights, where the cars have a perfectly clean road under the wheels. In our country, when it rains, the windshield wipers forcefully cope with the dust and dirt on the windshield, let alone the optics, which are unlikely to be washed off by sprayed water. In winter, a car with additional washers takes more anti-freeze, which also affects costs.
