Step 1

Apply a layer of glue to the material and surface of the panel. Responsibly treat the choice of the brand of glue, so that later the covered dashboard does not come unstuck. Choose a quality two-component adhesive product or use two different adhesives. Check the instructions on the packaging.

After applying the adhesive layer, wait for the required pause indicated in the instructions and start pulling the material onto the panel. Determine in advance the sequence of gluing the panel surfaces. In areas where the elasticity of the material is lacking, heat it with a hairdryer. At the same time, try not to burn the leatherette or carpet.
Step 8
After gluing the next sheet of material, cut the edges of the seams evenly. Glue the next piece of wrapping back to back. On top of the finished panel, if desired, paint with a special paint designed for painting such materials. To do this, first prime the panel with a primer for plastics.
