In cases where the installation of a new reversible seat belt in a VAZ 2108 car is made to replace a failed device, it is necessary to first dismantle it, as well as remove the rear trim and decorative plastic overlays installed on the rack.

- - screwdrivers (regular and curly) - 2 pcs.,
- - 17 mm spanner,
- - new seat belt.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, the reel of the new reversing belt is mounted by screwing the lower bolt of its attachment to the body. Then you need to thread the belt through the groove of the rack.
Step 2
Having passed the belt in the inner cavity of the body pillar, the decorative trim is installed back on it, and the end of the seat belt is fastened with a bolt at the lowest point.
Step 3
At the next stage, the belt is fixed with a special bolt at the top point, after which a decorative plastic overlay is installed on the upper mount.
Step 4
By adjusting the height of the locking bracket on the belt, the installation of the new reversible seat belt is complete.
