How to maximize the service life of the engine of your car and what you need to do for this is always a topical question for drivers. To accomplish this task, it is enough to adhere to a few rules.

Step 1
If you do not have any trips for a long period of time, then do not leave fuel in the tank, as the nitromethane contained in the fuel leads to corrosion of the engine internals. To avoid this, after using the machine, if there is fuel left in the tank, drain it from there and start the engine with the remains of gasoline remaining in it. Then inject engine preservation fluid into the carburetor.
Step 2
Also, always check the air filter, because untreated or dirty, it allows dust particles to enter the inside of the engine. All dirt enters the combustion chamber and serves as a good abrasive. The consequences can be loss of compression and complete wear of the engine without the possibility of its recovery. If you do not want such a fate for your engine, then flush the air filter, preferably after each trip, and then be sure to thoroughly soak it. This can be done with castor oil, for example.
Step 3
Make it a rule, before leaving the car overnight, to check the location of the flywheel, it must be in the lower position, otherwise this will cause the pistons on the hot engine left to thermally memorize the diameter of the liner, and this, in turn, as a result, to irreversible loss of power.
Step 4
Choose your fuel carefully. Use only quality options from well-known manufacturers that do not lower the nitromethane content, but, on the contrary, increase it. Remember that high-quality fuel is the key to a stable and reliable service of the heart of your vehicle, using which many problems can be avoided.
