Step 1
In order to open the car with a metal wire, insert it into the passenger compartment and press the power window button. But first, you will have to squeeze the upper corner part of the door a little so that it becomes possible to push the wire into the interior. In order to squeeze out the door, use any flat tools (knife, plate), and in order to do without scratches, stick several layers of electrical tape on the rack and the door in the place where the door is squeezed out.
Step 2
Take a metal ruler and slide it through the gap between the glass and the door. Gently moving the ruler horizontally, try to find and press the lock mechanism. This method is applicable only for old car models.
Step 3
Pressurize the door lock with a plunger. To do this, the plunger is moistened with water or smeared with cream, then applied to the door handle and strongly pressed towards the salon. When used correctly, the door opens. Instead of a plunger, you can use an ordinary tennis ball. To do this, a 5-10 mm hole is made in the ball and air is forced into the lock through the key hole.
Step 4
Consult and practice in advance with a car mechanic in opening the lock with the help of master keys. With at least a little practice, the lock can be opened in half a minute.
Step 5
Stop a car of the same make and model on the road. In 20% of cases, the keys are suitable, and for domestic cars this probability rises to 50%.
Step 6
If none of the methods helps, call the technical assistance and evacuation service. Professional craftsmen with modern tools will open any car quickly, inexpensively and without damage.
Step 7
If it's winter outside and the lock is frozen, inject alcohol into the lock to open it. This widely used remedy effectively defrosts locks. After the car has opened, lubricate the locks.
Step 8
Instead of alcohol, it would be more correct to use liquid for defrosting locks. It is also an effective alcohol-based product and is available for purchase at every auto dealership.
