- - a piece of cardboard
- - long strong wire
Instructions
Step 1
Disarm your vehicle. This feature generally works flawlessly.
Step 2
If your car is equipped with a remote start function, start it with the key fob.
Step 3
Carefully place a kitchen spatula between the top of the driver's door and the B-pillar. Place the second spatula just below.
Step 4
Carefully open the door with the blades so that a small gap is formed. The wooden paddles will not damage the body paintwork.
Step 5
Fold the cardboard in half and place it in the gap formed.
Step 6
Slide a long (preferably steel) wire between the sides of the cardboard.
Step 7
Now, operating with the wire, you can reach the beet lifter button (this will help if you have previously started the car remotely) or the central locking button (usually not buggy, unlike the key fob).
