Step 1

Step 3
Putty over all damage to the panel, including seams and gluing, and then sand the dried filler with fine-grained emery paper. Cut out the necessary pieces of carpet or leatherette with a seam allowance of 3-4 centimeters on all sides. Apply a thin layer of adhesive to the panel surface and material. Then wait a few minutes for the glue to dry a little and start wrapping the material over the panel.
Step 5
If in some places you do not have enough matter, then try to stretch it a little with the help of a heated hair dryer. Covering parts should be glued end-to-end. The finished panel, if desired, can be painted with a special paint, which is directly intended for such materials. Also, do not forget to add mat and varnish to the paint. After the paint has dried, you can reinstall the dashboard.
