Step 1
Driving will have to learn in any case. It is believed that with self-preparation, an average of 10 hours is enough to successfully pass the exam. But I must say that this process is very individual. In parallel with the development of driving skills, it is necessary to study the rules of the road. It is believed that it is realistic to learn them in an average of two weeks, if you devote at least two hours a day to this.

Step 3
If you are going to take a license outside your place of residence, you will still have to get a medical certificate in the subject of the Federation where you are registered. To register it, you need to take certificates from the narcological and neuropsychiatric dispensaries and come with them to any medical center that conducts medical commissions for drivers. You will have to pay for this service.

You can download the forms of receipts for payment of the state duty and clarify its amount on the website of the regional traffic police department, and pay it at any branch of Sberbank.
Step 5
With a passport, receipts and a ready-made certificate, contact the MREO of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, which takes exams as an external student (for example, in Moscow, this is not possible in every such unit). Present a certificate, a copy of it and your passport at the window for receiving documents.
If you are renting a license outside your place of residence, present a temporary registration (preferably at least six months) in the region of delivery. In this case, the traffic police can check for up to two months whether you have been issued a license earlier.
Step 6
Fill out an application for admission to the exam. Indicate in it any good reason that prevented you from attending classes at a driving school: being busy at work, caring for a sick relative, a child, your own illness, etc.
Step 7
Come to the exam on the appointed day. You will have a test for knowledge of traffic rules and a demonstration of driving skills in the conditions of the site and the city.
