If there is a need to diagnose or troubleshoot a car, Lada Kalina may require dismantling the instrument panel. Removing the panel is a rather troublesome and painstaking task, so it is necessary to prepare all the necessary tools in advance.

Instructions
Step 1
Place the Lada Kalina car on overpasses or pits and drain the coolant. To do this, remove the crankcase protection and unscrew the screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Find the two hoses that go through the bulkhead of the engine compartment, then loosen the clamps on them and drain the coolant into a previously prepared container.
Step 2
Find the fastening nut in the area of the hoses and unscrew it towards the engine compartment shield using a 10 mm socket. Unscrew the screws and remove the floor tunnel lining, cabin filter, plastic steering column. Next, disconnect the steering cover and disconnect the steering column switches and pads with wires.
Step 3
Remove the cover of the fuse box by pulling it towards you, disconnecting the fasteners. Disconnect the headlight switch connector located on it. Pull the fuse box out of the grooves by disconnecting it from the blocks with wires. There is an ECU connector under the glove compartment, which must also be disconnected.
Step 4
Unscrew the nuts securing the air ducts for the rear passengers, which are located under the front seats, and remove them. Locking pads must be pry off with a flat screwdriver until they open with a characteristic click. Take out the radio.
Step 5
Locate the two bolts and two nuts that connect the cross member to the steering column and unscrew them. Place the speaker on the floor and remove the bracket while responding to the mountings. Locate the pedal bracket mountings on the dashboard cross member, which are represented by two bolts near the pedals and one under the dashboard.
Step 6
Move the door seal in the center and along the edges, find the clips for attaching the front pillar trim, remove the trim. As a result, you will see self-tapping screws that secure the lining to the windshield. By unscrewing them and pulling the pad towards you, you will remove it from the Lada Kalina panel. Next, you will see seven screws and seven nuts, which also need to be unscrewed. Find the two nuts in the groove under the windshield.
Step 7
Remove the two bolts that secure the console to the floor tunnel. After that, you can lift the dashboard and remove it.
