There are many reasons for the appearance of air jams in the water supply or heating system - from improper repair and installation of equipment to natural accumulation of air in the upper sections of the pipeline. It is necessary to first determine the exact location of the air blockage, and then carefully bleed the air from the system using the water valves.
It is necessary
- - water drain valve
- - hose
Instructions
Step 1
Locate the exact location of the airlock in the pipe. To do this, tap it. If the sound turns out to be "empty", strong enough and sonorous enough, then it is in this place that air bubbles accumulate.
Step 2
The process of squeezing out the airlock is carried out using a water drain valve. Keep the tap open until all the air is gone.
Step 3
If the tap is faulty, then connect one end of the hose to it, and fix the other on any other tap, which receives water directly from the main water supply. Turn on both taps for a while both taps. The pressure level in the system will change and the air lock will come out of it. The operation is repeated until the water flows in the normal order.
