If the driver's license was lost due to theft, a corresponding statement is drawn up. If you spot the kidnapper, describe in the application everything that you managed to consider, share your assumptions about who, in your opinion, it could be, indicate the date and time of the kidnapping. To accept your statement about the loss of a certificate in connection with theft, show the driver's examination card, passport, medical certificate, a certificate of initiation of a criminal case and a receipt for payment of the established fee to the traffic police inspector. In case of theft, the driver's license will be restored after the disclosure of a criminal case on the fact of a crime. Remember that you do not need to pass qualifying exams to obtain a duplicate driver's license. The new ID will differ from the original only by the mark “duplicate”.
